Cancellation Policy
By booking and submitting payment, the client agrees to the following: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Full payment must be made one week prior to the event. • Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will generate a fee. • Additional guests would be $12 per adult or kid • Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Little Kids Playzone is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow facility rules. • Any damage to walls, furniture, equipment, or facility caused by guests will result in a minimum $250 damage fee (or more if damages exceed that amount). • No nails, screws, staples, or strong adhesives are allowed on walls. Confetti-filled piñatas are not allowed. • Glass containers, glass beverages, are strictly prohibited. •Alcohol is allowed , charge fee of $80 • Outside food vendors like ice cream carts/ entertainment or facepainting will result on a charge fee of $80
